The longitudinal movement of the large slide of the machine tool is equipped with a locking mechanism to ensure that there is no waste groove caused by center offset when processing high-hardness rolls or performing large cutting.
The flying cutter milling body and the swing milling body are installed relative to each other, and the two do not interfere with each other. The conversion of milling and lettering functions can be realized without disassembling and assembling parts, and no electrical switching is required.
The application scope and requirements of
Cnc Crescent Groove Milling Machine: high-speed steel roll, carbide roll ring, tungsten carbide composite roll and precision rib groove processing of ordinary roll (crescent groove, equal height rib, etc.) The milling mode of the milling machine can be selected from manual tool setting, program control, and automatic milling. The machine tool automatically cuts crescent grooves of different rotation directions and arbitrary helix angles, and can divide the scale or space in any equal (or unequal) divisions around the roll; it can automatically engrave product specifications, grades, trademarks, etc. at any position on the roll.
Crescent groove forming function and milling method:
● Basic crescent groove forming function: The tool bar axis of the flying cutter milling machine and the workpiece (roller) rotary axis form a 90º angle with each other, the tool bar spindle axis is placed at the center of the roll ring groove, and the tool bar head is located on the plane perpendicular to the workpiece axis and the tool bar axis. When the machine tool is working, the tool bar spindle and the roll complete the interpolation rotation movement, and the tool bar axis performs the feed movement toward the center of the workpiece until the tool bar spindle axis reaches the required center of the projection arc of the roll ring groove transverse rib (crescent groove).
