The reasonable structural layout and the combination of reinforcing ribs ensure the high rigidity of the basic parts and the quality of the whole machine. The 45° rectangular hard rail inclined bed form is adopted, which has strong vibration resistance. The guide surface adopts supersonic quenching, which has good wear resistance, and the moving parts can achieve micro-feeding to prevent creeping.
