This machine is a customized heavy-duty
Cnc Roller Lathe. The bed of the
Roller Lathe adopts rectangular guide rails, which have strong load-bearing capacity, good rigidity, and can withstand large cutting torque. The main transmission system is automatic stepless speed change with a wide speed range. It is equipped with a SIEMENS CNC system, which is safe and reliable. It is equipped with an LCD display and the system has the characteristics of tool compensation, graphic display, fault diagnosis, and fast programming.
Overall layout and composition of the machine:
This machine adopts the layout of HT250 castings and horizontal lathes. It consists of functional components such as the bed, headstock, tailstock, slide, protective device, and electronic control system, as shown in the figure below:
Performance characteristics:
The machine has an advanced and reliable structure, mature technology, good appearance, and complete and reliable safety protection devices. Reasonable material selection, excellent manufacturing, excellent performance, long precision retention period, suitable for long-term, continuous, and heavy-load processing; the machine has good static, dynamic, and thermal stiffness, stable and reliable operation control, simple, smooth, and beautiful operation interface, and easy maintenance.
The large slide guide rail of the bed adopts a V-shaped positioning guide rail, and the guide rail surface adopts high-frequency quenching. The main drive of the machine tool is driven by a 45KW servo motor. The spindle can be adjusted steplessly within the range of 1 to 200r/min. The front and rear bearings of the spindle adopt high-precision double-row roller bearings, which have good rigidity, high rotation accuracy, and are easy to adjust and maintain.
The machine tool is equipped with a SIMENES828D CNC system. The main drive is driven by a servo motor, and the longitudinal (Z axis) and transverse (X axis) are ball screw drives. The longitudinal and transverse movements of the tool holder are driven by AC servo motors.
