1.1 The DCS-002C diamond wheel forming and dressing machine is specially designed and produced to match the YCDS-001D CNC carbide roll forming grinder. It is mainly used for forming the metal bond diamond wheel used in the carbide roll forming grinder.
1.2 The diamond wheel forming and dressing machine adopts the principle of electric spark machining. The forming template knife forms the graphite wheel on the machine. The graphite wheel is used as an electrode to form the metal bond diamond wheel.

The hole shape of the dressed diamond grinding wheel is high in precision and reliability: The hole shape accuracy is guaranteed by the forming template knife for processing the graphite wheel, and the precision of the forming template knife is guaranteed by the CNC EDM wire cutting machine. The template knife has high precision. The processed grinding wheel hole shape contour has high precision and good reliability. It is better than non-EDM processing methods, avoiding the influence of human factors, and the accuracy is guaranteed by the machine tool.
6. The forming grinding wheel is sharp, has good chip tolerance and high grinding efficiency: Diamond abrasive grains are not conductive. The metal binder in the grinding wheel is eroded by EDM, and microscopic pits are attached to the surface. The diamond grains on the surface of the grinding wheel are in a microscopic semi-exposed state, and the grinding wheel has good chip tolerance and is sharper.
