YCDS-001D CNC carbide roll forming grinder is specially designed and manufactured for tungsten carbide roll ring grinding. Compared with the machine tool transformed from ordinary grinder, it is more professional, more rigid and has a stronger adaptability in processing range.

CNC Roll Grinding Machine adopts German Siemens 808D advanced industrial CNC system and Siemens three-axis AC servo motor drive system, and is equipped with mobile operator, easy to operate, stable quality and reliable performance.

CNC roll grinding machine has good rigidity, strong pertinancy, easy to use, high precision and good reliability. It is mainly used for coarse grinding, semi-fine grinding, fine grinding and non-spark grinding of outer circle and R-pass groove of tungsten carbide roller ring used in high-speed wire production.

CNC system design roll processing special program software, easy to operate, easy to learn and understand. The system is equipped with a special roller ring processing program, and can directly select the processing mode according to the requirements of the roller ring to realize the automatic machining of the outer circle and pass groove of the tungsten carbide roller ring.
