● This series of horizontal five-axis machining center adopts L-shaped back wall high rigidity structure, which can reduce the weight of spindle X-axis and Z-axis movement, improve the motion rigidity of X-axis and Z-axis, increase the motion cross-section of spindle support end, and improve machining rigidity. The use of torque motor to drive worm gear type high torque swing head can effectively reduce the length of transmission chain and improve transmission accuracy and torque.
● The rotary table is a torque motor direct drive structure, equipped with high-precision absolute value circular grating, with very high rotary positioning accuracy and long-term accuracy retention.
